Cute item, nicely packaged. Very nice seller. Dinged a star for item not arriving in a timely manner even after speaking with the seller - it shouldn't have taken more than 3 days to receive if it had been posted in a timely manner. I would definitely purchase from this seller again, but would be more cognizant of slow posting and shipping issues that could arise.

Ordered from here due to the reviews regarding fast shipping. I placed my order on a Sunday and received no updates for several days. I reached out on Thursday evening and they said they would ship it out tomorrow. Come Friday there were no updates so I reached out again on Saturday. They said they shipped it yesterday but would not provide tracking. Later that evening, Etsy provided me with a tracking link, which noted it was dropped off on Saturday afternoon. It took another 6 days for the package to arrive from NYC to PA. The package’s postage also confirmed it was shipped on Saturday. I understand the holidays are busy but I would’ve appreciated more transparency

Was an issue with shipping, but once notified, the seller was on it. Package was lost, so seller re-shipped item at no charge, along with an extra gift. The gift was for my French friend, so the candle and extra gift was perfect! Thank you so much!!🥐🧀
